    Dedicated 1:1 attention, tailored entirely to you.

    Private sessions are designed around your individual goals—whether refining your practice or building the confidence to step into group classes—with options to continue through curated multi-session packages.

  • DUO

    60 minute session

    Two participants scheduled concurrently; programming is customized and confirmed at the time of booking based on shared goals and focus areas. Pricing is per individual. Multi-session (3-pack) discounted rates available upon request.

GROUP SESSION + STUDIO RENTAL

Everything you love about a private group session—plus extra time to make it yours. Use the studio to share announcements, present something special, or raise a glass with your crew after you move.

Booked outside of regularly scheduled classes. Deposit required. Maximum occupancy applies. All usage must be approved in advance.

MDRN fitness Lagree has been everything I needed in a fitness workout. I always feel like I get one on one attention, even with a class size of 8 persons. The instructors are knowledgeable in the Lagree workout method and interact with each of us in class making sure we are doing the "exercise" correctly. The facility is bright and extremely clean making my workout more enjoyable. I would highly recommend MDRN fitness to anyone wanting to strengthen their core and feel better.
