STUDIO POLICIES

Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class to give yourself enough time to park, meet your instructor, and change into the required grip socks for your Lagree class.

Class limitations: Due to risk of overuse injuries, only 1 class per day (per class type) will be allowed.

Grip socks: For safety and hygiene, grip socks must be worn during class. You can find them for purchase online and at many retailers that sell fitness apparel. If you need a pair, they are available for purchase at the studio.

Class cancellation: To ensure all clients have a fair opportunity to attend class, we have an eight (8) hour cancellation policy. If you know you won’t be able to make your reserved class, log into your account to cancel your reservation. All cancellations MUST BE DONE ONLINE through your account to prevent any miscommunication. Do not call the studio to cancel your class. For your convenience, you may download the Momence app for MDRNfitness to manage your account on the go. Cancellations made eight (8) hours or more prior to class WILL NOT incur a fee.

Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made less than eight (8) hours  prior to your scheduled class are considered a late cancel and will incur a fee as outlined below. This will be charged to your credit card on file. We are not responsible for any bank overdraft fees that may occur from late fees.

Fees:

• Cancellation 8 hours or more prior to class: No fee. (You may wish to switch to a different class beyond the 8 hour time frame). • Late cancel (less than 8 hours prior to the start of  class): $12 fee • No show/no cancel: $22 fee. Late cancel fees may be charged the day of the missed class or later in the week depending on when the reports are run. Should you have any questions about this policy, please reach out to the studio owner or manager for further clarification.

Waitlist: We encourage you to put yourself on the waitlist for your favorite class. If a spot opens up, the first person on the waitlist will be booked into the class. Be aware that you may be added to class up to 60 minutes prior to class. If you change your mind and wish to remove yourself from the waitlist, you must go in and make that change to your reservation. It is your responsibility to stay on top of your waitlist request.

Membership Holds: Going on vacation for 2 weeks or more? Put your account on hold! This courtesy is a perk exclusively available to our members. Hold periods are recommended to be a minimum of two (2) weeks and a maximum of four (4) weeks. Your payments/dates will be automatically adjusted based on your hold time frame.

Presale Offers: Presales are only available once per client.

  • Founding Membership Rate is locked in as long as a membership remains active without interruption. If membership is cancelled by client at any time and client wishes to rejoin, they must join at the then current membership rates. (Scheduled hold for vacation or illness does not apply to this). Founding memberships are an individual membership only.

Memberships-allow the following number of classes in a one (1) month period:

  • BASE : four (4) classes

  • TARGET: eight (8) classes

  • PEAK : twelve (12) classes

  • SUMMIT (new 2026) : sixteen (16) classes

  • MDRN Unlimited: unlimited (one visit per day/ class type-Lagree vs Climb)

Note: All memberships have access to all class types on the schedule and allow up to one visit per day. Regular memberships require an initial three (3) month commitment.

Thereafter, your membership will automatically renew for the same term length and price. Automatic renewals may be cancelled at any time after your 3 month commitment (though we’d hate to see you go! Ask us if there’s another option that might better suit your needs). One month is considered any 30 consecutive days, not the first date of the actual month. Cancellation requests must be received 30 days prior to your next renewal period.

Cancelling the auto-renewal of your membership prevents any future booking and cancels all scheduled classes booked beyond your expiration date.

If you cancel your membership and want to rejoin at a later date, pricing is not retroactive. Your new membership will be at the then current rate.

Don’t want to lose your membership rate by cancelling? Memberships can be placed on hold for up to four (4) weeks at a time. Some memberships include complimentary holds, but any membership can request a hold for a weekly fee. See a member of management to discuss this option.

Unused classes at the end of each month are forfeited and do not roll over.

Memberships require a valid credit card on file. Individual Memberships can’t be shared: they are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

After the allotted classes for your membership are used for each month, members are eligible to take additional classes for a discounted price per class. This will be applied at checkout after the purchased class is put into the cart.

Class Packs: Class packs must be used within the expiration period indicated and are not subject to membership discounts. Due to the flexibility and minimum commitment class packs afford the user, this option does not qualify for additional discounts available to memberships.

  • One visit per day allowed.

  • Valid credit card on file required.

  • Cannot be shared and are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Private Sessions

  • May be purchased in advance and are valid for six (6) months from date of purchase.
