Not at all—our intro options are designed to meet you at your level.


What should I bring to my first class?

We’ll guide you through everything you need before you arrive. Wear well fitting athletic clothes, bring a water bottle. Grip socks are required for Lagree-we have them for purchase in the studio if you don’t have any.


Which Intro Option is right for me?

If you want guidance and a plan, start with the Guided option. If you’re ready to jump in, the 5-class option is a great fit.

MDRNFITNESS Lagree has been everything I needed in a fitness workout. I always feel like I get one on one attention, even with a class size of 8 persons. The instructors are knowledgeable in the Lagree workout method and interact with each of us in class making sure we are doing the "exercise" correctly.
