About MDRN

Building strength, confidence & endurance for life

We Believe Fitness Should Expand Your Life, Not Consume It

Fitness isn't about punishment, extremes, or chasing an ideal version of yourself.

It's about building the strength, endurance, and confidence to continue doing the things you love for years to come.

That's why every workout, every coaching interaction, and every program at MDRN is designed around one goal: helping people build capability for life.

Through intentional, low-impact training, we help our members move better, feel stronger, and develop the resilience to show up fully for their lives.

The MDRN Way

Move First

Action creates momentum.

Develop Capability

Train for what life demands.

Raise the Standard

Excellence lives in the details.

Nurture Longevity

Play the long game.

Training that builds strength, endurance and confidence for life.

A community that welcomes you exactly where you are.

A belief that fitness should help you live more fully, not consume your life.

COACHING IS THE DIFFERENCE

Equipment matters.

Programming matters.

But people matter most.

We believe exceptional coaching is what transforms a workout into a meaningful training experience.

Every class is designed to challenge, support, and guide members toward sustainable progress. Our coaches are committed to helping you move well, build confidence, and continue growing long after your first class.

Experience You Can Feel

MDRNFITNESS is home to one of the most experienced Lagree coaching teams in the Inland Northwest.

Our coaches bring years of training, continuing education, and hands-on experience helping members of all backgrounds build strength, endurance, and confidence.

More importantly, they're committed to meeting you where you are and helping you progress safely and effectively over time.

MEET THE TEAM

Every coach brings a unique personality and style to the room, but we share the same commitment: helping you feel stronger, more confident, and supported every time you walk through our doors.
