We offer dynamic, fully body workouts using the Lagree method and VersaClimber. At first glance, we are a fitness studio — but in reality, we are so much more than that.

At MDRNFITNESS, we never take for granted the time you invest in yourself. Just 45 minutes, a few times a week, can transform your health, boost your energy, relieve stress, and build both physical and mental resilience. These short, focused workouts deliver real, lasting results—and a big dose of confidence, too.

But this space is more than just a workout. It’s where you show up, and we show up for you. With small class sizes, we get to know you—your goals, your name, your journey. Your presence is felt, and yes, we notice when you're not here.

What makes this community so special is the energy you bring. You never know who needed your smile, your encouragement, or simply your presence. For someone, this might be the best part of their day. Let Me Introduce Myself!

Hi! I’m Amber, founder of MDRNFITNESS and certified instructor in both the Lagree Method and VersaClimber. I’m a proud Eastern Washington native and EWU alum (go Eagles!) who fell in love with Lagree while living in Louisiana. From the very first shake, I was hooked—and bringing this method back to Spokane has been both a personal passion and a gift I’m thrilled to share with our community.

MDRNFITNESS was the first to introduce Lagree to Spokane, and since then, we’ve expanded with the addition of VersaClimber—an intense, low-impact cardio workout that pairs perfectly with Lagree’s strength-focused method. Together, they form a powerhouse combo that challenges the body and supports long-term wellness.

My goal is to provide effective, time-efficient workouts that meet you where you are—whether you're a seasoned athlete or just beginning your fitness journey. Not sure what Lagree or Climb are all about? Visit our methods page—or even better, come try a class and feel the difference for yourself.

Get to know me! Did you know…

  • I have been a Registered Nurse for more than 20 years! 17 of those have been spent in orthopedic nursing in various settings. I have done everything from surgical post-op care to clinic nursing to working in the operating room. 

  • My favorite ‘Mega Move’ is SUPER LUNGE! Followed closely by any variation of BEAR!

  • In my class you will hear a variety of pop (old and new), remixes, rock and an occasional country song.

  • Fun fact: I have FIVE siblings! I’ll let you guess where I fall in the lineup.
